6: Technology and Operation of theNew Continuous Waste Rubber Pyrolysis Plant flowchart:
- General introduction: Waste tires (suggested dimensions not exceeding 5cm*5cm, preferably without steel) or plastic are fed into the auto feeder, which loads them into the pyrolysis reactor. The oil components are vaporized and pass through a gas separator and three condensers, then stored in a tank. The purified sync gas is collected and redirected to the furnace as fuel, conserving energy. The char is discharged from the reactor and collected into a hopper for further processing.
The entire process is fully sealed and continuous, covering loading, discharging, oil condensing, with zero pollution emissions.
- Sync Gas:The syngas generated is approximately 3~10% of the total output, varying with the oil-water content. While this byproduct is a pollutant, it possesses substantial heating value and cannot be released untreated. Our advanced gas purification and recycling technology ensures that all such gas is first purified to remove sulfur and ***. Subsequently, it is recycled back into the burning chamber to serve as fuel, significantly reducing operational costs and preventing pollution. Upon request, this purified gas can also be compressed into tanks to generate electricity or sold on the market.
- Our principle of operation is based on advanced high-low temperature pyrolysis, with a standard operational temperature range of 0~400ºC, maintaining a slight negative pressure throughout the process. (1): Installation and Commissioning:
The seller will dispatch at least one engineer to the buyer's designated location at an agreed-upon time to oversee the installation, commissioning, and training for the purchased machines. The buyer will be responsible for all associated costs, including a daily salary of $100, accommodation, round-trip tickets, meals, transportation, and essential tools during the engineer's service period. The seller will handle the visa application process, with the buyer assisting in document preparation.
(2): Quality Guarantee:
The seller assures that the goods are crafted from top-quality materials, exhibit first-class workmanship, are brand new, and conform fully to the quality, specifications, and performance criteria stipulated in this contract. The seller guarantees that, when correctly installed, properly operated, and well-maintained, the goods will perform satisfactorily for a period of
