1. The ZQ-7/8 Pyrolysis Plant features five main systems: pyrolysis system, heating system, cooling system, gas recycling system, and smoke scrubber system.
1). Pyrolysis System: Reactor

4. Final Products:Steel wires, fuel oil, carbon black, and sync gas.
Uses of the Final Products:
Steel Wires: Constitutes 12%-15% of tires, can be sold or reprocessed.
Fuel Oil: Utilized extensively in industries such as steel, iron, ceramics, and chemical manufacturing, as well as in hotels and restaurants as fuel or for heavy oil generators to generate electricity.
