Product Description

1. TP10 pyrolysis plant consists of five main system: pyrolysis system, heating system, cooling system, gas recycling system and smoke scrubber system.
1). Pyrolysis system: reactor

2. Unique Features & Advantages:
(1): Better security. The biggest safety hazard of the pyrolysis plant lies in the possibility of explosion and fire. And the two security risks are all caused by excessive pressure, so how to deal with it?

Our company adopts the prevention method, that is, we won't allow the pressure to be too high; the other companies adopts the treatment method after the pressure is higher, that is, when the pressure has been too high, the safety valve installed at the rector door would be driven to be exploded due to high pressure to carry out the pressure for emergency relief. The disadvantage of this method is that even if the pressure leaks out of the reactor, the possibility of fire occurs at the same time with the occurrence probability as high as 90% or more. And the fire will in turn affect the main reactor.

The preventive measures adopted by our company are: to ensure the smoothness of the pyrolysis operation and the pipelines at all times, and to prevent plugging and leaking; if there is no blockage, the pressure will not suddenly rise, and there will be no reactor explosion or fire without pressure!

As well as the emergency relief valves equipped in other locations, the water seal anti-tempering safety device, etc. are conventional configurations and will not be described here.

(2): High oil yield and good oil quality: Other companies often have residual oil tanks or heavy oil tanks, and each batch production will produce 100kg~400KG residual oil or heavy oil. This kind of residue oil is very viscous and very dark in color, cannot be sold directly or sold at very low prices. If you mix this residue oil with good quality fuel oil, it will lower the quality of the oil and lower the price. If you throw away it is kind of waste and will pollute the environment. If it is extracted and put into the pyrolysis reactor again for cracking, it will waste labor and the process is dirty.

The anti-blocking device implemented by our company rotates counterclockwise during production. It efficiently separates residual oil and other impurities from the gas separation package, pushing them back into the reactor for secondary cracking until all high-quality oil is extracted. This process results in partially dried impurities turning into powdery carbon black. Consequently, our machines boast an oil production rate that is 2% to 5% higher than that of other companies. Moreover, this innovative approach eliminates the need for secondary treatment of residual oil, thereby mitigating potential pollution issues.

This patented technology remarkably reduces the carbon black rise caused by reactor rotation during the production process by over 90%. As a result, the carbon black content in the oil is significantly decreased, thereby enhancing the overall quality of the oil.

(3): The equipment pipeline cleaning period is greatly extended:Our company's advanced anti-blocking system ensures the pipeline remains clean while preventing carbon black from entering. This doubles the cleaning cycle of our equipment compared to others, greatly reducing human resource expenditure and allowing continuous operation.

(4): Our equipment offers superior sealing performance: Sealing performance is critical and is addressed in two key areas: the reactor door and the air outlet. Our reactor door design is elliptical and more reasonable, reinforced multiple times to handle diverse raw materials seamlessly. This design balances full door opening convenience and minimizes the risk of door deformation. The elliptical shape ensures a gradual change in direction for high-quality packing, maintaining its structure and reducing air leakage risks. In contrast, small square or round doors are difficult to feed materials into and can cause packing structure slack and air leakage due to sudden directional changes.

Constructed from anti-deformation materials, our reactor door is designed to avoid deformation, drooping, or poor sealing over extended periods.

For the air outlet, our company uses an integrated design where the outlet is welded directly to the reactor body, enhancing sealing performance. The two-way sealing design ensures minimal air leakage. Other companies often use a simple straight package without a two-way sealing design.

(5): Anti-stick and automatic clearing device: Our equipment undergoes a heat treatment and filming process on the reactor's inner wall before initial use. This allows the coating agent to penetrate the steel, forming a plated film that prevents sticking and avoids flash explosions. The automatic clearing machine, featuring a chain scraper structure, ensures thorough and efficient cleaning.

(6): Equipment quality: Firstly, we use genuine national standard furnace steel, avoiding any non-standard materials.

Secondly, our welding process is fully automated, ensuring no trachoma and delivering a neat and aesthetically pleasing welding surface.

Installation, Guarantee, and After-sales Service(1) Installation and Commissioning: The seller shall dispatch at least one highly skilled engineer to the buyer's designated location at a mutually agreed upon time to oversee the installation, commissioning, and training of the purchased machinery. The buyer will bear the costs associated with this service, which may include an 80USD per day salary, accommodation, round-trip airfare, meals, local transportation, and essential tools. The seller will handle the visa application, with the buyer assisting with necessary documentation.

(2) Guarantee of Quality:The Seller guarantees that the goods are crafted from the finest materials and exhibit first-class workmanship. They are brand new and fully comply with the quality, specifications, and performance criteria outlined in this Contract. When correctly installed, properly operated, and maintained, the goods are assured to perform satisfactorily for a period of

Human errors or wear-and-tear parts are excluded from the quality guarantee.

(3) Coverage:The warranty includes the free supply of machine parts that fail due to manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damages or production losses arising from machine downtime caused by damage.
The warranty does not cover the time required for the arrival of replacement parts.
