1. Pre-sorting system: Domestic garbage is transported by vehicles to the unloading platform of the disposal site. Here, the garbage is moved to the plate feeder using a forklift, which ensures uniform feeding. On the slab conveyor, large interfering objects like quilts, furniture, and other large items are manually sorted out and removed from the processing line. The remaining garbage is transported to the manual sorting platform via a belt conveyor where workers select large items such as quilts, cotton clothes, trunks, branches, long sticks, and hazardous wastes. The sorted garbage then enters the bag breaking machine, which tears open bagged garbage for further processing. The bulk garbage is moved to the drum screen via a belt conveyor for screening. Before separation, magnetic separators remove iron materials for sale or recycling. The drum screen then separates the garbage into two types: one is the sieve top material, and the other is the sieve bottom material.
The sieve material is transported to the air sorter via a high-speed belt. After passing through the air sorter, the domestic waste is separated into two kinds of substances: light substances, primarily plastics, and dense, heavy substances (for instance, metals and heavier organic material).
Light material enters the plastic granulation treatment system, while heavy material goes through secondary air selection. After air selection, domestic garbage is still divided into two types: light substances, mainly plastics, and dense, large heavy matter. The light material enters the granulation treatment system, and the heavy material is directed to the pyrolysis treatment system.

Bagged garbage is sent to the drum screener by a belt conveyor for screening. As per the process requirements, the drum screen's mesh size is set to 50mm. The screener separates garbage into materials larger than 50mm and those smaller than 50mm.
Materials smaller than 50mm, primarily organic matter, undergo magnetic separation to remove iron items like caps, batteries, and coins before being sent directly to the composting plant for disposal.
Materials larger than 50mm are subjected to magnetic selection to separate iron items like beverage cans. The magnetically selected materials are then fed into a comprehensive air-selection machine, which separates heavy materials like bricks, tiles, and glass from a combustible mixture containing hard plastics, textiles, rubber products, and more.

The heavy materials are manually sorted and prepared for either immediate use or landfill disposal (such as pulverized bricks). Combustible materials are conveyed to both the coarse and fine crushers, reducing them to a particle size of 50 mm or less. These materials are then transported via a belt conveyor to the refining system for further processing.
The undersized materials from the trommel sieve are transported to the disc screen by a belt conveyor. Before entering the disc screen, iron metal is separated for data utilization via a secondary magnetic separator. Post-disc sieving, the undersized domestic waste is categorized into two types: sieve top material, which enters the pyrolysis treatment system, and sieve bottom material, which proceeds through the belt and screw conveyors to the raw material separator. The biomass separator further categorizes domestic waste into impurities and slurry substances. Impurity materials are directed to the pyrolysis treatment system, while slurry materials are moved to the homogenization tank. Post-treatment, this slurry enters the anaerobic fermentation system.
2. Granulation System: This system primarily handles the plastic materials sorted in the pre-sorting phase. After crushing, washing, drying, and granulation, the resulting plastic pellets can be utilized as high-quality industrial raw materials.
(Cleaning System): The sorted and dried plastic materials are sent directly to the batch cracking equipment. Post-condensation, the obtained fuel oil can be used for power generation, as a fuel, or sold for profit.
3. Deodorization System: This system collects odors from the sorting workshop through negative pressure. The captured odors are treated and discharged after passing through the deodorization system, which includes atomization deodorization, light lifting smelly, biological deodorization, and spray deodorization processes.
4. Anaerobic Fermentation System: This system focuses on separating organic pulp during the anaerobic fermentation process to generate biogas for heat production or purification. The biogas slurry produced is directed to the sewage treatment system, and the biogas residue is used in fertilizer production.
5. Sewage Treatment System: This system processes biogas slurry using a biological reaction tank and activated sludge method, ensuring sewage treatment and water reuse to meet discharge standards.
6. Sludge Treatment System: This system integrates with the anaerobic fermentation and sewage treatment systems to process sludge from the sewage plant, eventually channeling it into the fertilizer production system for resource utilization.
7. Compound Fertilizer Plant: The biogas residue is processed through dewatering and drying to produce organic and compound fertilizers, utilizing the residue as a raw material.
