1. The ZQ-7/8 Pyrolysis Plant comprises five main systems: pyrolysis system, heating system, cooling system, gas recycling system, and smoke scrubber system.
1). Pyrolysis System: Reactor

Steel wires: Constituting 12%-15% of the tires, they can be sold or reprocessed.
Fuel oil: Extensively used in industries such as steel and iron, ceramics,
chemical sectors, as well as hotels and restaurants as a fuel source, or
utilized in heavy oil generators for electricity production.
Carbon Black: The initial form of carbon black can be utilized for construction bricks. Moreover, it can be transformed into industrial-grade carbon black, such as N774, N660, N330, or used as color carbon after undergoing further processing.
