Residual oil is highly viscous and dark, lowering the overall oil quality and market value. Disposing of it pollutes the environment, and reprocessing it is labor-intensive and inefficient. By minimizing residue, we ensure better oil quality and higher yields, maximizing both economic and environmental benefits.

Our company's innovative anti-blocking device rotates counterclockwise during production. This allows residual oil and other impurities separated from the gas separation package to be redirected into the reactor for secondary cracking, ensuring the extraction of all high-quality oil. These impurities are partially converted into powdery carbon black. As a result, our machines achieve an oil production rate that is 2% to 5% higher than that of our competitors, while simultaneously eliminating the need for secondary treatment of residual oil and mitigating potential pollution issues.

Our patented technology significantly reduces the rate of carbon black rising due to the reactor's rotation during production, by more than 90%. This reduction in carbon black content greatly enhances the quality of the oil produced.

(3): The equipment pipeline cleaning period is greatly extended:The anti-blocking system we employ ensures the cleanliness of the pipeline by restraining carbon black from entering. This results in a cleaning cycle that is twice as long as that of other equipment, conserving human resources and allowing continuous operation.

Our reactor door features a more rational elliptical design that is reinforced multiple times. For the air outlet, we employ an integrated design where the outlet is welded directly to the reactor body, enhancing sealing performance. The two-way sealing design minimizes the risk of air leakage, unlike the simpler, straight outlet designs used by other companies.

(5): Advanced Anti-stick and Automatic Clearing Device: Our reactors undergo a heat treatment and filming process on the inner walls before initial use. This allows the coating agent to penetrate the steel, forming a plated film that prevents the reactor wall from sticking and avoids flash explosions. The automatic clearing machine, featuring a chain scraper structure, ensures thorough clearing.

(6): Unmatched Equipment Quality: Firstly, we utilize only national standard furnace steel, avoiding non-standard materials entirely.

Installation, Guarantee and After-sales Service
(1) Installation and Commissioning: The seller commits to dispatching at least one expert engineer to the buyer's designated location at a mutually agreed time to oversee the installation, commissioning, and training of the purchased machines. The buyer will cover the associated costs, which may include an engineer's daily salary of $80, accommodation, round-trip tickets, meals, transportation, essential tools, etc., during the service period. The seller will handle the visa application, while the buyer is expected to assist with necessary documentation.

(2) Quality Guarantee:
The Seller assures that the goods are manufactured using the finest materials with superior craftsmanship, brand new, and fully compliant with the quality, specifications, and performance criteria outlined in this Contract. The Seller guarantees that, when correctly installed, operated, and maintained, the goods will perform satisfactorily for a period of 12 months after installation completion. This quality guarantee excludes human errors or wear and tear on parts.

(3) Warranty Coverage: The warranty includes the free supply of machine parts that fail due to manufacturing defects. However, it does not cover damages and/or production losses caused by machine stoppages or operational issues resulting from such damages.
Note: The warranty does not cover the time necessary for the delivery of replacement parts.
