1. The TP10 pyrolysis plant comprises five primary systems: pyrolysis, heating, cooling, gas recycling, and smoke scrubbing.

(1): Enhanced Safety MeasuresThe primary safety concern for pyrolysis plants is the risk of explosions and fires due to excessive pressure. Our innovative approach prevents high pressure from occurring in the first place, unlike other companies that only address the issue after the pressure exceeds safe limits. Their method, using safety valves that release pressure, often leads to fires with a high probability, further endangering the reactor.

(2): Superior Oil Yield and QualityUnlike our competitors, who often deal with 100kg-400kg of residual or heavy oil per batch, our process minimizes residue, resulting in higher-quality fuel oil. Residual oil is highly viscous and dark, lowering the overall oil quality and market value. Disposing of it pollutes the environment, and reprocessing it is labor-intensive and inefficient. By minimizing residue, we ensure better oil quality and higher yields, maximizing both economic and environmental benefits.
Our company's innovative anti-blocking device rotates counterclockwise during production. This allows residual oil and other impurities separated from the gas separation package to be redirected into the reactor for secondary cracking, ensuring the extraction of all high-quality oil. These impurities are partially converted into powdery carbon black. As a result, our machines achieve an oil production rate that is 2% to 5% higher than that of our competitors, while simultaneously eliminating the need for secondary treatment of residual oil and mitigating potential pollution issues.
Our patented technology significantly reduces the rate of carbon black rising due to the reactor's rotation during production, by more than 90%. This reduction in carbon black content greatly enhances the quality of the oil produced.
(3): The equipment pipeline cleaning period is greatly extended:The anti-blocking system we employ ensures the cleanliness of the pipeline by restraining carbon black from entering. This results in a cleaning cycle that is twice as long as that of other equipment, conserving human resources and allowing continuous operation.
(4): Our equipment boasts exceptional sealing performance: The superior sealing performance is attributed to two key areas: the reactor door and the air outlet location. Our reactor door features a more rational elliptical design that is reinforced multiple times. This design balances the ease of full door opening and the reduction of door deformation risk, regardless of raw material fed. The elliptical shape allows high-quality packing to adjust smoothly during corner sealing without altering the packing structure, unlike small square or round doors that may become slack and prone to air leakage.
Constructed from anti-deformation materials, our reactor door is designed to remain intact, free from deformation, drooping, or tight sealing issues over prolonged periods.
For the air outlet, we employ an integrated design where the outlet is welded directly to the reactor body, enhancing sealing performance. The two-way sealing design minimizes the risk of air leakage, unlike the simpler, straight outlet designs used by other companies.
(5): Advanced Anti-stick and Automatic Clearing Device: Our reactors undergo a heat treatment and filming process on the inner walls before initial use. This allows the coating agent to penetrate the steel, forming a plated film that prevents the reactor wall from sticking and avoids flash explosions. The automatic clearing machine, featuring a chain scraper structure, ensures thorough clearing.
(6): Unmatched Equipment Quality: Firstly, we utilize only national standard furnace steel, avoiding non-standard materials entirely.
Secondly, our automatic welding process ensures that there are no trachomas, with welding surfaces that are neat and aesthetically pleasing.
Thirdly, our equipment is built with first-class workmanship and superior parts. Each plant undergoes rigorous inspection procedures to guarantee the highest quality for our customers.
(7): Comprehensive After-Sales Service: We offer lifetime maintenance for our equipment. Any issues reported will receive a confirmation reply within 24 hours, and within 48 hours, personnel will either be dispatched for on-site service in China or start preparing for visa application.
(8): Highly Automated Control SystemFeaturing Digital Monitoring and optional PLC System.
Installation, Guarantee and After-sales Service
(1) Installation and Commissioning: The seller commits to dispatching at least one expert engineer to the buyer's designated location at a mutually agreed time to oversee the installation, commissioning, and training of the purchased machines. The buyer will cover the associated costs, which may include an engineer's daily salary of $80, accommodation, round-trip tickets, meals, transportation, essential tools, etc., during the service period. The seller will handle the visa application, while the buyer is expected to assist with necessary documentation.
(2) Quality Guarantee:
The Seller assures that the goods are manufactured using the finest materials with superior craftsmanship, brand new, and fully compliant with the quality, specifications, and performance criteria outlined in this Contract. The Seller guarantees that, when correctly installed, operated, and maintained, the goods will perform satisfactorily for a period of 12 months after installation completion. This quality guarantee excludes human errors or wear and tear on parts.
(3) Warranty Coverage: The warranty includes the free supply of machine parts that fail due to manufacturing defects. However, it does not cover damages and/or production losses caused by machine stoppages or operational issues resulting from such damages.
Note: The warranty does not cover the time necessary for the delivery of replacement parts.
