1. Pre-sorting System: Domestic garbage arrives at the unloading platform via transport vehicles. A forklift pushes the garbage onto the plate feeder, which uniformly directs the material. Large items like quilts, furniture, and hazardous wastes are manually sorted out. The sorted garbage is then fed into the bag-breaking machine to further process the bagged garbage. Next, the garbage is conveyed to the drum screen for separation. Magnetic separators extract saleable metals. The sieved materials are categorized into top and bottom sieve materials.
Sieve materials are transported to the air sorter via a high-speed belt. Post air sorting, the materials are divided into light substances (mostly plastics) and heavy substances (please specify examples).
Light materials proceed to the plastic granulation treatment system, while heavy materials undergo secondary air sorting. Post sorting, the light substances, primarily plastics, enter the granulation system, and the dense, heavy materials move to the pyrolysis treatment system.

Bagged garbage is funneled to the drum screener via a belt conveyor for screening. The drum screener is calibrated to divide the garbage into materials above and below 50mm.
Organic materials under 50mm are processed via a magnetic separator to extract iron (caps, batteries, coins). This organic matter is then directed to a composting plant for disposal.
Materials above 50mm undergo magnetic selection to remove iron objects like beverage and packaging cans. Post-magnetic selection, the materials are transported to an air-selection machine, which segregates heavy materials (bricks, tiles, glass) from combustible mixtures (hard plastics, textiles, rubber shoes, wet paper products, light plastics).

The heavy materials undergo meticulous manual sorting and selection before they are transported or landfilled (e.g., pulverized bricks). Combustible mixtures are conveyed via a belt conveyor to a coarse crusher and subsequently to a fine crusher, reducing the material to a particle size of 50 mm or less. These refined materials are then sent to the processing system for further refinement.
The undersized materials from the trommel sieve are transported to the disc screen via a belt conveyor. Here, iron metals are extracted for data utilization through a secondary magnetic separator before entering the disc screen. Post disc screening, the domestic waste is classified into two categories: sieve top materials and sieve bottom materials. The sieve top materials are directed to the pyrolysis treatment system, while the sieve bottom materials proceed to the raw material separator through a belt and screw conveyor. This segregation process results in two distinct substances: impurities, which enter the pyrolysis system, and slurry, which is transferred to the homogenization tank for subsequent anaerobic fermentation.
2. Granulation system: This system primarily processes the sorted plastic materials. Through a sequence of crushing, washing, drying, and granulation, the plastic pellets produced can be utilized as industrial raw materials, contributing significantly to resource recycling.
(Cleaning system): The sorted and dried plastic materials are sent to batch cracking equipment. Post-condensation, fuel oil is obtained which can be utilized for power generation, as a fuel source, or sold directly for profit. This system optimizes waste-to-energy conversion and is economically beneficial.
3. Deodorization system: This sophisticated system collects and treats odors from the sorting workshop using negative pressure. The treated odors are then safely discharged. Deodorization techniques include atomization, Light Lifting Smelly, biological deodorization, and spray deodorization, ensuring a fresh and clean working environment.
4. Anaerobic Fermentation System: This system specializes in separating organic pulp to produce biogas, which can be used for heat generation, purification, or production. The produced biogas slurry enters the sewage treatment system, while the biogas residue is used in the fertilizer production system, ensuring a holistic waste management approach.
5. Sewage treatment system: Utilizing biological reaction tanks and activated sludge, this system treats biogas slurry to achieve water reuse and meet discharge standards. This eco-friendly system ensures effective sewage treatment while conserving water resources.
6. Sludge treatment system: This system integrates the outputs from sewage treatment and anaerobic fermentation. The resulting sludge is processed to produce fertilizers, thus realizing complete resource utilization and contributing to sustainable agriculture.
7. Compound Fertilizer Plant: The biogas residue, post dewatering and drying, is converted into organic and compound fertilizers. This transformation ensures that waste byproducts are efficiently recycled into valuable agricultural inputs.
