6: Technology and Operation of the Fully Continuous Tire Recycling Machine Flowchart:
- General Introduction: The process begins with tire pieces (recommended dimensions: not more than 5cm*5cm, preferably without steel) or waste plastic being transported to the auto feeder and loaded into the pyrolysis reactor. The oil components transition to a gaseous state and travel through the gas separator into a series of three condensers, eventually being stored in a tank. The purified sync gas is collected and redirected back to the furnace to be burned as fuel, conserving energy. The char is then discharged from the reactor, collected by the collection system, and stored in the hopper, ready for further processing.
The entire process is fully sealed, ensuring continuous operation from loading to discharging, oil condensing, and eliminating pollution emissions entirely.
- Sync Gas: highly efficient and environmentally friendly.The syngas generated constitutes about 3~10% of the total output depending on the oil-water content. This gas, while highly valuable due to its heating properties, cannot be emitted directly due to its pollutant nature. We employ advanced gas purification and recycling technologies to address this. Initially, the gas is purified to remove *** and ***, and then it is recycled into the combustion chamber to serve as fuel, thereby reducing operational costs and mitigating pollution. If required by the buyer, this gas can also be collected, compressed into tanks for electricity generation, or sold on the market.
- Our process leverages high-low temperature pyrolysis, operating typically within the range of 0~400ºC. Throughout the process, a slight negative pressure is maintained. Additionally, our new design incorporates a gas purifying system that ensures emissions are significantly cleaner and more environmentally friendly. In summary, our system is safe, energy-efficient, environmentally conscious, and user-friendly.
7: Installation, Guarantee, and After-sales Service of the Fully Continuous Tire Recycling Machine:
(1): Installation and Commissioning:
The seller will dispatch at least one engineer to the buyer's designated location at a mutually agreed time to oversee the installation, commissioning, and training of the purchased machines. The associated costs, including a daily salary of 100 USD, accommodation, round-trip tickets, meals, transportation, and essential tools during the engineer's service period, will be borne by the buyer. The seller will handle the visa application, with the buyer assisting in providing necessary documentation.
(2): Quality Guarantee:
The seller guarantees that the goods are made of the finest materials with first-class workmanship, are brand new, and meet all quality, specifications, and performance criteria outlined in this contract. When properly installed, operated, and maintained, the goods will deliver satisfactory performance for a period of

months from the date of installation completion.
This quality guarantee does not cover faults caused by human error or normal wear and tear of parts.
(3): Warranty Coverage
:
The warranty covers the free supply of machine parts that break due to manufacturing defects.
However, it does not cover damages or production losses resulting from machine downtimes or malfunctions caused by these damages.
