(1): Enhanced Safety Measures: The primary safety concern for pyrolysis plants is the risk of explosion and fire, both typically caused by excessive pressure. So, how do we mitigate this risk?

Our innovative approach focuses on prevention rather than reaction. Unlike other companies that use reactive measures such as pressure-relief valves that may still result in up to 90% likelihood of fire, our method ensures pressure does not build up. This is achieved by maintaining clear and smooth operations and pipelines, thus preventing blockages and leaks that could lead to sudden pressure increases and reactor malfunctions.

We employ proactive measures to ensure uninterrupted pyrolysis operations, preventing any pressure build-up and thereby eliminating the risk of reactor explosions or fires. Additionally, emergency relief valves and water seal anti-tempering safety devices are standard configurations, ensuring maximum safety.

Consequently, our machines achieve a 2%-5% higher oil production rate per batch compared to other systems, eliminating the need for secondary treatment and potential environmental contamination.

Our revolutionary invention patent technology significantly reduces the occurrence of carbon black rising due to reactor rotation during production by over 90%. This advancement dramatically lowers the carbon black content in the oil, thereby enhancing its quality.

For the air outlet, our integrated design directly welds it to the reactor body, significantly enhancing sealing performance. The two-way sealing design further reduces the likelihood of air leakage. In contrast, other companies often use simple straight packaging with no provision for two-way sealing.

(5): Anti-Stick and Automatic Clearing Device: Our equipment undergoes heat treatment and film coating of the reactor's inner wall before initial use. This process allows the coating agent to penetrate the steel, forming a protective plated film that prevents reactor wall sticking and flash explosions. The automatic clearing machine, featuring a chain scraper structure, ensures thorough cleaning.
