- General Introduction: The cutting-edge technology allows you to place cut tires, tire bundles, whole tires (for lower capacity), or plastic bundles directly into the reactor. Securely close the reactor door and initiate the heating process.
- As the gas separator temperature climbs to approximately 100°C, oil gas generation begins, flowing through the gas separator. Heavier contents return to the reactor, while lighter fractions ascend to the condensers, transforming into liquid oil stored in oil tanks.
- The uncondensed sync gas undergoes purification to remove acidic elements and odors, then returns to the furnace as fuel for reactor heating.
- After the process completes, cool the reactor down to about 80°C, open the discharger, and commence discharging carbon black.
- Sync Gas: This gas, comprising about 3~8% of the total according to oil water content, is a pollution hazard but possesses significant heating value. Direct emission is prohibited.
