1. Our waste plastic pyrolysis plant comprises five key systems: pyrolysis, heating, cooling, gas recycling, and smoke scrubbing.
1). Pyrolysis System: Reactor
----Waste tires, rubber, and plastic materials are cracked and gasified within the reactor.
2). Heating System: Equipped with sync gas and oil burners, blowers, and other components for direct heating.
3). Cooling System: Includes condensers, a cooling pool, and a cooling tower.
---Four vertical condensers transform oil gas into oil.
4). Gas Recycling System:
----This system recycles non-liquefiable gas for use as fuel, enhancing efficiency.
5). Smoke Scrubber System:

4. Final Products:Steel wires, fuel oil, carbon black, and sync gas.
Usage of Final Products:
Steel wires: Extracted from tires (12%-15%), can be sold or reprocessed.
Fuel oil: Utilized in various industries such as steel and iron manufacturing, ceramics, or chemical sectors, as well as in hotels and restaurants. Also suitable for heavy oil generators to produce electricity.
Carbon black: The crude carbon black derived from this innovative process can be utilized in constructing robust bricks for infrastructure projects. Additionally, it can be refined into industrial-grade carbon black N774, N660, N330, or even as a high-quality colorant for various applications.
