1. Pre-sorting System: Domestic garbage is transported by specialized vehicles to the unloading platform of the disposal site. Here, forklifts push the waste to plate feeders for uniform distribution. Large items (e.g., furniture, toilets, trunks) are manually sorted out. Subsequently, waste is processed through a series of conveyors, sorting platforms, and bag breaking machines. A drum screen then sieves the material, separating it into two categories: sieve top material and sieve bottom material. Iron is extracted using magnetic separators, enabling further recycling opportunities.
Sieve top material is transported to an air sorter via high-speed belts. After air sorting, the waste is categorized into light materials (mainly plastics) and heavy materials (dense substances such as metals).
Light materials are directed into the plastic granulation treatment system. Heavy materials are conveyed for secondary air sorting, further dividing into light (plastic) and heavy substances. Light materials proceed to granulation, while heavy materials enter the pyrolysis treatment system.

Bagged garbage is conveyed to the drum screener, where it is sieved based on a 50mm threshold. This process effectively separates materials into categories larger and smaller than 50mm for subsequent processing.
Materials smaller than 50mm, predominantly organic, undergo magnetic separation to remove iron items (caps, batteries, coins). This organic fraction is then transferred to composting facilities for further treatment.
Materials larger than 50mm undergo magnetic separation to extract iron-containing items (beverage and packaging cans). The remaining materials are processed through comprehensive air-selection machines, which isolate heavy objects (bricks, tiles, glass) from combustible mixtures (hard plastics, textiles, rubber, wet paper, light plastics).

The heavy materials undergo meticulous manual sorting and selection before either being transported or landfilled (pulverized bricks). Combustible mixtures are conveyed via a belt conveyor to both coarse and fine crushers, reducing them to particles of 50 mm or less. These particles are then transported to the refining system via another belt conveyor. ???
The undersize fractions from the trommel sieve are directed to a disc screen through a belt conveyor. Utilizing a secondary magnetic separator, iron metals are extracted for data utilization before entering the disc screen. Post disc sieving, domestic waste is sorted into two categories: sieve top material and sieve bottom material. Sieve top materials proceed to the pyrolysis treatment system, while sieve bottom materials enter the raw material separator through belt and screw conveyors. The biomass separator further classifies domestic waste into impurity substances and slurry substances. Impurities proceed to the pyrolysis treatment system, and slurry materials are transported to a homogenization tank. Post-homogenization, the slurry is directed to the anaerobic fermentation treatment system.
2. Granulation System: This system primarily handles plastic materials sorted during the pre-sorting phase. Through processes of crushing, washing, drying, and granulation, these plastics are transformed into pellets that serve as industrial raw materials.
(Cleaning System): Sorted plastic materials, once dried, are fed directly into batch cracking equipment. Post-condensation, the resulting fuel oil can be used for power generation, as a direct fuel, or sold for profit.
3. Deodorization System: This system captures and neutralizes odors within the sorting workshop using negative pressure. The collected odors are treated and discharged. Deodorization methods include atomization, Light Lifting Smelly, biological deodorization, and spray deodorization.
4. Anaerobic Fermentation System: This system focuses on separating organic pulp within the anaerobic process to produce biogas for heat generation, purification, or direct heat production. The resultant biogas slurry enters the sewage treatment system, while biogas residues are channeled into the fertilizer production system.
5. Sewage Treatment System: Utilizing biogas slurry, this system employs biological reaction tanks and activated sludge methods to treat sewage. The goal is to achieve water reuse and meet discharge standards.
6. Sludge Treatment System: Integrating outputs from sewage treatment and anaerobic fermentation systems, this process converts sludge into valuable resources that are ultimately used in producing fertilizers.
7. Compound Fertilizer Plant: Here, biogas residue is processed through dewatering and drying phases to produce organic and compound fertilizers.
